HOUSTON, Texas A Deer Park woman who previously lived in Pasadena has been charged with sexual assault of a child after she allegedly had sex with her teenage nephew "hundreds of times."
Peggy Phillips, 43, committed the assault on her husband's nephew when he was still in high school, according to court records. The nephew is now 22.
According to the probable cause statement filed by the Harris County District Attorney's office, the nephew contacted authorities in July to complain of the sexual assault. He said the abuse began shortly after he arrived in Pasadena from out of state, in about 2009.
The first time Phillips touched him, the nephew said, he was in the hospital and she crawled into his bed and touched him inappropriately. he said.
The nephew told police he could tell Phillips was attracted to him because she was "very flirtatious" and it caused problems between the defendant and her husband.
After the couple divorced, the nephew moved in with Phillips, who continued to have sexual intercourse with him.
According to court records, Phillips also sent the teen text messages with nude photos.
Phillips was arrested Dec. 4 and is free on $30,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in the 174th State District Court on Jan. 20.
So he's now 22 and wants to complain after he screwed the woman hundreds of times?
Obama has played at being a president while enjoying the perks … golf, insanely expensive vacations at tax-payer expense. He has ignored the responsibilities of the job; no plans, no budgets, no alternatives … just finger pointing; making him a complete failure as a president

Lover's quarrel, probably over money. He probably wanted some sort of financial assistance. She said no. So he turned her in.
That's the way it works: if you commit a series of crimes, you have delivered yourself into the hands of your victim, for a lifetime reputationally, and until the statute of limitations runs criminally, longer financially.
Some people are proud and think that they prefer to go to jail rather than paying up. But then they get in prison and realize that they should have paid up.
Of course, maybe it was just a lover's quarrel and he went nuclear.
In any case, she raped him, and that delivered her into his power for life.

That's exactly what I was thinking.
Why is democracy held in such high esteem when its the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012)
American Indians had open borders. Look at how well that worked out for them.
