Local news reports suggest that there are between one and three suspects, wearing masks and possibly body armor as well. Some media reports have indicated that the shooting is near a local Planned Parenthood clinic. However, the clinic is over a mile away from the site of the shooting, according to Google Maps. The police scanner is reporting a search for a Black GMC Yukon and a shooter with a black mask. 12:30 p.m.: The Inland Regional Center has not reported on the shooting on Facebook or Twitter. Its Facebook page features scenes from a Christmas party: Inland Regional Center 1 (Facebook) Inland Regional Center (Facebook) The local police scanner reports a search for three suspects of unknown race. 12:03 p.m.: Fox News reports that local law enforcement authorities have dismissed any connection with the Planned Parenthood. All three suspects are believe to be armed with rifles and are all at large. Police are using a robot to detonate what they suspect may be an explosive device that was apparently left at the center. The local police scanner is referring to an improvised explosive device (IED). Authorities are also looking for an SUV that left the scene. The Daily Mail reports that MedEvac helicopters have appeared on the scene to evacuate victims to hospitals. It is unclear whether a gunman is still on the scene. 11:45 a.m. There are reports of hostages as police try to evacuate the scene. It is unclear how many of the 20 victims are dead, though Fox News is reporting as many as 12 victims. Fox is now reporting that over two hrs after the shootings, authorities do not have a clue on the whereabouts of the shooters, etc... Heads are about to roll in San Berdoo...
Three hours later, we have a 'press conference' that tells us: --- Not to worry folks, there's only 14 dead, another 14 seriously wounded, and authorities still don't have a clue on where the gunmen are, or who they are. In the meantime, feel free to go about your business, and if you see any more shooters, grab your ass and kiss it goodbye, cause under California law, you cannot carry a gun to protect yourself...

Some speculation that it's a false flag political ploy. It looks like something Karl Rove would pull to get Marco Rubio or Hillary elected. That's bad (illegal) legislation, not law! Better to be judged by 12, than to be carried by six. This looks a lot like a Paris style event to me, and if it is, gun grabbers will lose points on this one, because.... This may well be why California would be chosen for a Paris encore.

Some reporter on Fox just said that police radio chatter has mentioned a guy named Faruq Saheed as being the angry person at the party/meeting where the original shooting took place.
