For myself, only one reason exists of repelling any further importation of refuggees at this tyme: there is no capabilitiy to properly "vet" or research refugee backgrounds.

He looked like common, trailor park trash. Armed with an AK-47 mowing anyone down is outright "crazy." I fully believe all people everywhere possess and carry a loaded firearm to defend themselves, especially in these tymes. The crazy murderer even took out a cop and wounded five others.

Here is a statistic for you. A black person is 10 times more likely to murder someone not of their race than a white person. There is statics and damn statics and you have been just hit with a damn static!
Whites comprise 80% of the population and blacks only 13%, so the "statistics" you claim are probably pretty close to what would be expected randomly, without regard to the race of the shooter or victim.
Actually blacks just by numbers kill twice as many whites as white kill blacks. So by pure numbers blacks are twice as likely to kill whites but in reality you are 10 times more likely to be killed by a black person. Asians are the least murderous people in the US. Whereas blacks are the most murderous people in the US. You can see this in the prison system where blacks comprise 44%[last time I checked] of the populations and Hispanics[35%] next then whites[24%] then a sprinkling of Asians. The jail numbers are from my memory so they could be up or down a few % points.
If they separated Hispanics and white statically I bet the numbers of pure offense would be that of demographics of people in jail.

There are some things that are so consistently obvious they can not be explained but must be accepted as givens.
