I think the problem with the black community is they teach hate and bigotry at such a young age that the children have no chance. They carry a chip on their shoulder for the rest of their lives. I can see the difference with black people who are raise in white areas vs black people raises in innercity and its dramatic difference.
Now the progressives have set their eyes on other races to bring anarchy and then communism ruled by them for them.
