The US has issued a world wide travel alert, americans are at risk everywhere which basicly means US citizens should go home to avoid being targetted. Now I wouldn't have thought US citizens were particularly visible where I live, however, target of opportunity. My own government has suggested that there are places its citizens should not go under pain of prosecution but otherwise caution is suggested, France is problematic at the moment because of security measures Click for Full Text! Within about 1 second I realized I knew her and hadn't seen her in over 30 years. Needless to say she didn't recognize me when I called her by name, but after I introduced myself she asked me how I knew who she was by looking at her from the back, I said "By the way you walk"...
