Wiki Commons (INTELLIHUB) — Over the years alternative media researchers have documented the key fact that during many high-profile terror attacks, including 9/11 and 7/7, authorities themselves were running simulated attack drills at or near the exact time of the actual attacks. This fact has become a sort of litmus test for independent researchers when attempting to determine if an act of terror being blamed on outside terrorists was actually a false flag attack carried out by the very people tasked with responding to it. Now, a new report from Bloomberg, along with a previously reported audio statement by a first responder, (and interesting side character in both the new Paris attacks and last years Charlie Hebdo attack) has confirmed that there was a multi-site training exercise going on just hours before the attacks that “coincidentally” simulated a mass shooting scenario. “Since the Charlie Hebdo attacks in January, from which 16 people died, Paris-area ambulance crews and emergency personnel have taken part in regular exercises designed to test their readiness for possible attacks,” Bloomberg’s Carol Matlack reported. “One such exercise was held on Friday morning, the day of the latest terror attacks. In a twist of fate, the simulated emergency was a mass shooting, according to Dr. Mathieu Raux, emergency room chief at the Pitié-Salpetrière hospital in Paris.” According to the report, during the exercise trauma specialists used a centralized dispatch system to set key priorities and to send simulated victims to the hospital best equipped to treat them. Hospitals and ambulance services were also prepared to be quickly called into action. “We tested every link in the chain,” Dr Raux noted. Again according to that same report, the simulated mass shooting exercise “paid off” at the medical center Pitié-Salpetrière which saw at least 52 victims of the nights terror attacks and were able to be ready for them upon arrival. This confirmation of a drill going on around the same time as the attacks comes on the heels of a now viral audio clip of possible intelligence operative Dr. Patrick Pelloux claiming that a planned multi site exercise was going on during the day of the attacks which allowed everyone to be “prepared.” Interestingly, Pelloux not only was a key figure in last years Charlie Hebdo massacre but was also apparently a first responder to the most recent attack. Others have also noted how strange it was for Pelloux, ostensibly a liberal, to sound more like a neocon warhawk in the viral audio clip. As Shepard Ambellas reported, “Dr. Pelloux also said during the brief interview that because everyone was “prepared”and there was a quick mass “mobilization” of forces they were able to contain the carnage as much as possible suggesting a prestagging of sorts.” While Bloomberg bought into the idea that the mass shooting exercise was merely a lucky coincidence, the past history of false flag terror by western intelligence agencies should give any logical researcher pause. Couple this was the now documented fact that at least some authorities had to have had foreknowledge of the attacks and you begin to see the outlines of a possible false flag terror operation. On top of that, even if this was solely an ISIS operation, the fact remains that it pretty much is a false flag anyway when you consider that the west created and funded the death cult terror group. What do you think? Does the confirmation that a mass shooting exercise took place on the same day of the attacks point to a classic false flag or were the Paris attacks solely the work of actual ISIS operatives? Note: The Paris attacks possibly being a false flag does not mean that no one died. No legitimate alternative news outlet is reporting the so-called “hoax theory” yet so far the mainstream media has strictly focused on these increasingly crazy claims when reporting on Paris “truthers.” I wonder why?

The people want to be safe. If they think they are in danger, they will permit any kind of laws to be passed. So, staged terrorist attacks are truly not beyond reason.

I don't believe in things being staged, but managed is a better description. They find out an operation is a go, then manage it so anyone powerful is safe. Hence the safety of fans in the soccer stadium, but rock concert fans........not so much. Just like in America, the circuses must go on.
I read that the bomb at the stadium went off when the person was checked by security and blew it up on the spot.
