However, the grounds and buildings are always kept quite well. I'm just sayin'.... When in my early teens I read his copy of the secret book Masons have, "Morals and Dogma." I found it not subversive, but irrelevant and filled with pretentious jargon that was primarily an exercise of the mind to be passed to obtain the various degrees. To: no gnu taxes (#22) Could be a number of reasons for that, most lodges have two meetings a week, with some functions on weekends. However, many lodges have experienced a huge drop off in membership in the last 20 years, people have much more choices in how to spend their free time with the advent of computers etc.... I would imagine that is the problem with these lodges, given how it sounds like your town would struggle to even have a decent number of members to support one. But, that's just a guess.
