This is what you do, drink two 8 ounce glasses of fluoride and chlorine free water a day with a level teaspoon of baking soda in each, not baking powder, but Baking Soda each day in a couple of days the pain will be much less if not gone. Once you are pain free send me fifty dollars. There is nothing on earth more dangerous than a terminal Vietnam Veteran.
