I think that elections for Ky House of Rep's is next year. I suspect this guy thinks next year he & a bunch of his fellow Demons will lose their seats. Repubs there should be lining up good candidates, NOW !!

Notice that in the poster frame of the video (what it shows before you hit the Play button) that Alison Lundagran Grimes barely squeaked out a victory for a puny SoS job and in state that still has a 20-point Dem registration advantage. How far she has fallen since McConnell beat her for the Senate job 56-40 in 2014.
