A South Carolina officer attacks, slams African-American female student to the ground.
Racial tension between police and the African-American community has only increased over the last year. After a video circulated on social media Monday night showing an officer attacking a student, that tension only got worse.

An unnamed African-American female was allegedly disturbing class and was asked to leave, when she refused, a school resource officer was called in to help the situation. As local WIS-TV in South Carolina reported on Oct. 26, the officer only made matters worse.
In a class room in Spring Valley High School in Columbia, S.C., a typical scene of a student acting out apparently took place. When the student refused, the unnamed Caucasian officer entered the room, grabbing the students arm where he proceeded to slam the girl and her desk to the ground. The video was captured by a fellow classmate that also showed the officer putting the student's arms around her back, positioning her to be arrested.
"The student was told she was under arrest for disturbing school and given instructions which she again refused," Sheriff Leon Lott told local WIS-TV. "The video then shows the student resisting and being arrested by the SRO." The officer has since been placed on leave.

No,the female student only made matters worse. She gabbed the desk so he couldn't pull her out of it,and that's why she got slammed to the floor. She worked for it,and got what she worked for.
She was told to leave because she was being disruptive and harming the other students by preventing them from advancing their education, and from that point forward she had no right to be there.
Granted,he should have just hosed her down with pepper spray and/or lit her up with his tazer, but decided to be a nice guy and just pull her out of the desk instead. Who knows, maybe she actually learned something that day by accident? Granted,it won't help her advance in her future career of baby mama welfare queen, and eventually thug mama, but learning is never a waste of time.

Not the first time this badged thug has pulled this shit.
Just out of curiosity would YOU have had him done?
Let's just say that YOU were the cop and had been called into the classroom to remove a disruptive student, and she grabbed on the desk she was sitting in and refused to let go or get up out of the desk. What would YOU have done?

Gee, ya think they might not want to upset this obviously sadistic cop and be on the receiving end of his uncontrollable, 'roid-fueled rage?
Project much?

I have a problem with the cop being called in the first place. When did teachers start to delegate their authority out to police?
Because if the teacher had as much as tapped the student on the shoulder, the teacher would have been fired, brought up on charges, and publicly admonished by by the school district.
Obama has played at being a president while enjoying the perks … golf, insanely expensive vacations at tax-payer expense. He has ignored the responsibilities of the job; no plans, no budgets, no alternatives … just finger pointing; making him a complete failure as a president

Well there's the problem right there.
Apparently the cop is also a football and strength conditioning coach.
You are saying that if he had done this as a coach instead of as a cop, it would have been wrong, but when he does it as a cop that makes it OK?

I'm going with the fairly safe assumption that police intervention was desired by the teacher/school, and that the officer was there with the consent of the teacher. If that was the case, and the police was called inappropriately, then fault does not lie with the police office but rather with the teacher, and in that event blame should not be given to the police officer as the article plainly directs it.
But assuming the student was disruptive to the point of disturbing the function of the classroom, all participants there being present by contract, and the student was refusing to leave and continuing to disrupt, she's disturbing the peace and arrest was warranted, and the degree of physical forced used reasonable to that end. That's my take on this one.

I believe the principal was called and was there also.
I remember several years back of a very similar incident involving a female student being man-handled by cops on a campus. It involved a black female student. I don't believe this story is new at all.
But as for the crux of it all, I think that teacher needs some serious explaining to do as to why they called in the cops in the first place. The cops just went along with what the teacher told them to do and, of course, the cops obliged because they are not there to protect the students at all but the teachers. I think there is more to this story than what the video relays. Start with the teacher and ask them why they called the cops in the first place.
I listened to the video. It gave me a new perception. The high school girl resisted leaving and put up a fight after the cop tried to get her to leave. I thought she was younger but now it's a HS girl. Again, the HS girl put up a physical fight and the cop got physical. Try to find a copy of the video with sound.

Don't be using common sense! It will cause Deckard to explode in you cop sucker or some crap like that.
There are plenty of case where cops get out of hand but all Deckard is trying to do is cause more blind cop hate.
Truth is I can not remember the last article Deckard posted that a sane honest person would call all out police corruption or abuse[Im sure there is something somewhere]. Sometimes people just have to be man handled because they do not want to be arrested. I know in our town they got rid of the Taser because of its status as nonlethal. Police really got a shitty job.
This is just incredibly disgusting to read about this same officer in a very similar assault incident involving a pregnant young woman years ago. This guy needs to have his badge removed and gun taken away. He is unfit to serve as a police officer!
And it is interesting that the media never honed in on the teacher who called the cops. Inquiring minds want to know why the teacher called the cop when they could have just easily called in the principal.
You are saying that if he had done this as a coach instead of as a cop, it would have been wrong, but when he does it as a cop that makes it OK?
It's cop's job to deal with disruptive people. He didn't slam the girl to the floor. The girl was resisting and he overturned her desk and pulled her from it.
Maybe he should've just shot the disruptive bitch. Like a dog.

I have to wonder why this thug was a cop in a school, given his past.
On October 24, 2005, Carlos Martin was returning home from work at the Moncrief Army Community Hospital at Fort Jackson when he saw Deputy Fields driving his patrol car in the parking lot. Responding to a noise complaint, Fields confronted Martin for playing the music in his car too loud and asked if he was the reason for the complaint. As Martin explained that he had just got home from work and had not been there long enough to cause the complaint, Fields apparently snapped when Martin referred to him as dude.

After slamming Martin to the ground, Fields began kicking him and emptying an entire canister of pepper spray into the soldiers face. While witnessing the assault, Martins then-wife, Tashiana Rogers, ran into the parking lot and began taking photos of the crazed deputy attacking a restrained soldier wearing fatigues. Ordering his partner to get her black ass, Fields had the couple arrested and seized her cellphone before deleting the pictures.

By now youve probably heard the theory that Deputy Ben Fields was on steroids roid raging when he attacked a teenage girl in her math class. Far from a polemic attack, Fields is well known for his heavy lifting at his local South Carolina gym. While no one is going to be able to confirm his steroid use, we did speak with some people who have given us insight into the deputys probable abuse of regulate hormones.
It was over a year ago that we were contacted by a member of law enforcement within the Beavercreek Police Department in Ohio. Beavercreek was where John Crawford had been gunned down, just over a year ago. Amidst protests and marches demanding Justice for John Crawford a member of our journalism team put us in touch with a local contact who works within the department. You can read all about that here.
That source also had something to say about steroid abuse in local Ohio departments. Everyones on it, we were told. Everyone you see who seems a little too aggressive, and is in good shape theyre using.
We inquired about the source of the gear, is this stolen out of the evidence locker, or something?
It can be in some departments, they informed us. But here, if someone is using, they probably just buy from the same connections that everyone else does. But if were talking about a detective or someone who can get away with it, it could be from the evidence locker.
We checked back in today with this source and asked about Deputy Fields. Do you think he was using?
Theres no question, our source commented. He exhibits all the signs of someone who not only juices, but probably uses way more than he needs to.
So you would call him a steroid abuser? we asked.
In my personal opinion, he displays all of the signs of steroid abuse, was the answer we received.

A student slammed to the ground by a South Carolina school resource officer bears some responsibility, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said Tuesday.
Lott said he expects to make a decision within the next 24 hours about the officers continued employment.
Theres no justification for some of his actions, the sheriff told CNNs Anderson Cooper 360 late Tuesday.

The stupid black girl should have been taken to the principals office after the officer subdued her. Then they should have paddled her ass about 10 or 15 times.
That would teach the spoiled brat who thinks she is somebody.
Nope. She'll get pregnant with her first of many chillin, drop out of school, sign up for welfare, housing, food stamps, and all the other government benefits, and have her momma raise her spawn while she parties with all her baby daddies.
She'll end up with more cash and benefits than her classmates earning $50,000 a year. The real losers are the taxpayers who put up with this bullshit.
He is never going to acknowledge the truth. He will call you a cop sucker or government lackey(god knows im neither) He really should be punished for posting propaganda on a constant bases. Its been nothing more than posting lie after lie. I really hate censoring but what he post is pure distortions of the truth.

Bring back reform school. Bad enough she doesn't want to learn, but she's interfering with education of other students.
Send her and a few other bad apples and watch the transformation in the rest of the school.
What is also missing from the story was "how" was disturbing the class, talking on her cellphone and refusing to stop or give the teacher the phone... What a dumbass...
But the funniest part is there are people taking her side... Lol...

Yep. I want the five minutes of video leading up to the confrontation.
Student Tony Robinson Jr., who recorded the incident, told CBS affiliate WLTX that his classmate admitted she took out her phone, but that it was only for a second and she apologized. The force Fields used to apprehend the girl, he said, shocked the other students.
Ive never seen anything so nasty looking, so sick to the point that, you know, other students are turning away, dont know what to do, and are just scared for their lives, Robinson told the local station. Thats supposed to be somebody thats going to protect us. Not somebody that we need to be scared of or afraid.

What I have learned is you post are crap. I will spend more time debunking your half truths slash lies then reading your stupid articles.
The problem is you are lazy. Instead of search for the truth and then posting it. You just post what ever you find that furthers your hate so you can infect others. If you were a Christian you would know that these lies will come back to you in the end!

That is you 100%.
Your bitterness and hatred overloads your whole life.

As I have asserted many times before - I hate the bad ones.
You hate all cops. The only time you praise a cop is if they do not do their job at all. Your ideal of a perfect cop is one that sits a doughnut shop all day. Then the other part of you hates the fact that you have to pay a guy to set on his rear! So yes you just hate cops!

I'm pissed off at the teacher, the principal, and the school board for not backing up the "school resource officer". These highly-paid, f**king spineless cowards come across a problem and decide they're not going to get their hands dirty. Oh, no. Call the cop. Let HIM get fired.

The schools have been sued into submission. If they touch one of the little darlings, the teacher and/or the school gets sued. The parents have abdicated their responsibility to discipline their kids, and the teachers cannot do anything with a student who defies authority. So they call the cops. Now the cop gets fired. We may be at, or get to, the point where the cop will not physically remove the student, and the teacher will get no teaching done until the student decides to leave.
How 'bout a little pepper spray? Or a water cannon?
He would be sued for using excessive force. This cop did not strike her, did not tase her, did not choke her, did not use a pepper spray, and did not use a water cannon indoors is a crowded classroom, but I am sure the police department will take the latter suggestion under advisement.
I have yet to hear anyone explain how they would have removed the adult, ward of the state, student from the chair.

a little Obama looking shitbag strikes him and says... Fuck you, I'm not getting up.
This sort of crap is happening in grade school, and the teacher cannot do anything physical about it. Some of the grade school kids would just be too big for my niece (a teacher) to handle. Her principal was another lady, her size.
In one recalled incident, a grade schooler looked at the cop and said, "I'm not afraid of you. You've got a gun. You're not gonna shoot me. You've got a taser. You're not gonna tase me. You can't do nuthin'." That's where we are at.
