States in the US may be one step closer to legalizing the recreational (I think they meant to say "medical") use of marijuana, especially now that the National Cancer Institute (NCI) has updated its website FAQs to include studies proving cannabis as a natural remedy for cancer. As InfoWars reports, NCI updated its page to include various studies revealing how cannabis “may inhibit tumor growth by causing cell death, blocking cell growth, and blocking the development of blood vessels needed by tumors to grow” while also protecting normal, healthy cells. NCI stated: “A laboratory study of cannabidiol (CBD) in estrogen receptor positive and estrogen receptor negative breast cancer cells showed that it caused cancer cell death while having little effect on normal breast cells. Studies in mouse models of metastatic breast cancer showed that cannabinoids may lessen the growth, number, and spread of tumors.” The full list provided by the National Cancer Institute follows: That’s not all, in April, the NIDA stated: “Evidence from one animal study suggests that extracts from whole-plant marijuana can shrink one of the most serious types of brain tumors. Research in mice showed that these extracts, when used with radiation, increased the cancer-killing effects of the radiation.” How can government agencies conclude the above and the FDA still classify marijuana as a “drug with no medicinal purposes”? Perhaps this video will enlighten you on the reasons why. Despite the numerous, proven benefits of marijuana, the federal government aims to keep it illegal while the FDA approves expensive prescription drugs with more side effects and far less research. 
These studies are considered by the NCI as preclinical. They were all done using animals. According to them, no clinical trials of cannabis use for the treatment of cancer in humans have been published.

No. A cannabinoid found in marijuana may kill cancer cells. The cannabinoid would have to found, extracted, purified and concentrated sufficiently to have an effect. Given that marijuana has twice the carcinogens as tobacco, you have a much greater chance of getting cancer as preventing it.
So does arsenic of lead.
Do you know anyone that is willing to pay $350 for an ounce of arsenic? Folks just don't want to accept that they've been lied to- by a government that has lied about almost everything for the last 100 years or more. What has the US GOV told the truth about recently? "There is no medical use for marijuana"- The US Government, who holds patent #6630507- a patent on the use of Cannabinoids, the main ingredient in Cannabis. Go figure.
I've heard that you're not supposed to smoke the seeds, stems, and baggie. See if that helps. There is not much truth any where. Cancer is a very big business. I hear every night on TV adds about all types of new medicines but none for cancer. I read recently that they have been fighting cancer for more than 40 years and biions of dollars and still the cure rate is about 3%. Then the definition of cure is cancer free for 5 years.
I heard that, too. So, does your drug dealer guarantee that seeds, stems, and the baggie are not in the marijuana you buy? Pffft! Like you would pick them out if it did.
I did. The cannabinoids found in marijuana may have medical use. No one, including the big, bad government, has ever denied that. But the cannabinoid has to be identified, extracted, purified and concentrated before it can be put to any use. If the cannabinoid CBD cured warts, it's ridiculous to believe that smoking marijuana would provide enough CBD to have any effect on warts. Any success with cannabinoids is being falsely reported as success with marijuana -- as evidenced by the title of this article.
They would if they had a bunch of goofs telling them that they could achieve a higher realm of consciousness by taking it.
