He is stepping down in October. There must have been a larger rebellion among GOP Congressmen than was visible publicly. Boehner has been a failure as Speaker. He doesn't know how to get things done in the Obama era. It's time for Mitch McConnell to go as well.

It's time for Mitch McConnell to go as well. They both got lots done. Obamacare got passed and stayed funded. Everything Obama wanted has stayed funded. They have gotten so much done that Obama has had almost no occasion to use his veto pen. They got things done for their party masters and corporate sponsors.
