The manager says shortly after 2:00 p.m. a patron dropped a bullet, the powder ignited and the shrapnel from the bullet went into his leg. They called police and ambulance and the man was taken to the hospital. No word on his condition. More to come. A bullet, aside from being fired from a gun will only detonate by a striking of the primer (which is impossible by dropping it) or HEAT... like tossing a cartridge in a fire pit.
