You're saying we should legalize all drugs. Ok. Then why won't the cartels move to the U.S. to manufacture, package and export drugs to the rest of the world? Why would they stay in Columbia where it's illegal?

Well, since the government created the problem, am sure the 'fix' they propose will work.
You know, just like every other 'solution' to government made problems of the past. One need only look at the refugee crisis to see the governments response to destabilizing the Middle East.
