Only a retard gets THREE tickets, for the same offense, in the same location, by the same camera... knowing the last two times that there is a camera there. Nice confession regarding your three previous offenses... nice to know you saved yourself 3 seconds by not stopping. Like most anarchists, your time is more important than your peers safety. Typical, freedom and liberty is important as long as you have more of it than every other driver.
He "claimed" there is a 3 second rule which I call bs.
I know in mesquite texas they had one of those stop cameras where you had to stop behind the white line or get a ticket. The problem is you could not see on coming traffic from that spot.
Those cameras are scams. They cause more wrecks than they solve.
I'm not a fan of issuing tickets via camera evidence unless the camera can prove beyond a reasonable doubt who the driver is. Im assuming that this camera can... or I'd hope some overpaid defense attorney would be smart enough to raise this defense by now.
