3seconds! The fact that you slow down and look makes me happy. I watched a guy stop and then pull right in front of someone making them swerve to keep from hitting them. He stopped but never did look to see if someone else was around.

Only a retard gets THREE tickets, for the same offense, in the same location, by the same camera... knowing the last two times that there is a camera there. I know in mesquite texas they had one of those stop cameras where you had to stop behind the white line or get a ticket. The problem is you could not see on coming traffic from that spot.
Those cameras are scams. They cause more wrecks than they solve.

I'm not a fan of issuing tickets via camera evidence unless the camera can prove beyond a reasonable doubt who the driver is. Im assuming that this camera can... or I'd hope some overpaid defense attorney would be smart enough to raise this defense by now.

Red light cameras are easy to beat. Waze nav-app verbally warns users/drivers that they are approaching the cameras and shows us where they are. So don't run those red lights.

In central / southern New Jersey those are called "Traffic Circles" and the state has been working to eliminate them for the past several decades. -- Many locations simply carry too much traffic for them.
Years ago, in Rome, the traffic was horrendous - yet the circles still worked.
