When asked why they did it, one of the brothers told cops, “Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported,” the Boston Globe reported. Scott and Steve Leader were on their way home from a Red Sox game early Wednesday when they stumbled upon a hobo sleeping near the John F. Kennedy/UMass subway stop. The man told cops that when he awoke, the two men were urinating on his face and ransacking his makeshift shelter, police said. After ripping away his blankets and sleeping bag, the Leader brothers started pummeling the man, cops said. “He remembers being punched several times and hit with the metal pole,” notes a state police report. Donald Trump made controversial remarks about Mexican immigrants at his campaign kickoff on June 16.Photo: Reuters A witness told cops that the twisted siblings then walked away from the scene laughing after the beatdown. After being alerted by residents, troopers arrested the brothers and took them to jail — where cops said they threatened staffers. The brothers each have extensive criminal records, cops said. Scott Leader, 38, spent a year in jail after attacking a Moroccan man in the days after 9/11, the Globe said. Told about the attack, Trump said: “It would be a shame. … I will say that people who are following me are very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again.
