BTW, The Taurus PT-20 would be a handy size, and low priced as well. Although as you say, not a great performer. With that, better carry spare mags, and if need to use it, go for the eyes
For 'up-close' shooting only, really. The barrel is absurdly short - let's be realistic.
About as accurate as a Norinco SKS rifle - which - for what it was - was a piece of Chinese junk. Correction - a wildy inaccurate piece of Chinese junk. Unless you are aiming at the barn wall which you happen to be standing next to. If so, you have chosen the proper firearm.
