Clinton Operatives Attempting DOJ Deal In Last-Ditch Effort To Save Campaign? Posted on August 14, 2015 Reportedly it was a phone call several days earlier from a high-ranking legal representative of the Clinton Machine to the offices of Attorney General Loretta Lynch that set in motion what some are whispering to have been almost “absolute capitulation” on the part of Team Hillary. This was then followed up by representatives from the DNC who are equally desperate to see the ongoing email scandal situation resolved sooner rather than later. Hillary Clinton and her campaign are in very serious trouble. She knows it, they know it, and now the Obama-Jarrett DOJ is literally holding the keys to the Clintons’ future in their Martha’s Vineyard-vacationing hands. The most recent phone call regarding the legal implications of the ongoing FBI investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s private email server and potential violation of federal law as it pertains to the handling of classified information comes months after an earlier meeting between the principal parties to this legal and political dilemma as outlines in this in D.C. Whispers report from March 28th: Hillary Clinton’s Secret Meeting With Obama/Jarrett/Rice Here is an excerpt from that earlier report: If a tentative agreement had been reached between the Clinton and Obama camps during their March 23rd meeting, it now appears said agreement has dissipated given the recent leaks indicating at least two top secret documents were found to have been in Hillary Clinton’s possession – documents that were on an unsecured server, an act which is a serious violation of federal law. Mrs. Clinton’s fortunes are further darkened by her earlier on-the-record claims to not have had such documents and now there are those implicating her in a direct attempt to tamper/destroy evidence in an ongoing investigation. At least one high-ranking member within the DNC made clear to fellow members how strongly he opposed any such deal with the Clinton Machine and is aggressively pushing to have a candidate “in place and ready” to step into what he feels is an “inevitable void” when the Hillary Clinton campaign collapses. This information appears to corroborate yet another earlier D.C. Whispers report on the subject: Bill Clinton was recently reported to have initiated an “all is well” pep talk to leading election staffers in recent days as well as working the phones to ensure all-important donor dollars continue to roll in for his wife’s campaign. While those dollars and endorsements have yet to publicly dry up, growing discontent within the Democratic power structure is making itself known to the Clintons. If the Obama DOJ is directed to actively pursue its investigation into Hillary Clinton and then both Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett more fully shift their allegiance to a 2016 alternative, the once-powerful Clinton Machine might finally find itself little more than a torn and tattered remnant of its former glory.

Palmieri has announced her intent to take a senior position within the Hillary Clinton 2016 campaign thus making her the likely primary link between the Soros political influence machine and the Clinton Machine. Resolving the situation sooner means Hillary will fall back on her old rhetorical trick of saying, "That's old business. I'm moving foreward instead of backward." and laughing it off to applause from her supporters. That bitch has enough old business she has laughed off that the weight of it would sink a battleship but has dodged responsibility or honest discussion for all of it.

I don't doubt they can find a patsy to use as a scapegoat for Xlinton's email server security breaches. What has to worry them more is that active foreign espionage players against American .gov networks like Russia, China and Israel likely have copies of the entire server. Including proof that Hitlery is guilty and that there was a big coverup that could be tied to the Xlintons and key Obama players. You notice that Lurch recently was saying he assumed that Russia and others are reading all his emails. The Dims cannot feel good about the idea of, say, Netanyahu having a copy of Hitlery's emails that he might send along to Julian Assange to be published on Wikileaks, well after the point where the Dims have already fully committed to Hitlery and can't just replace her as the nominee. The Dims are afraid of the next shoe that might drop. Not just an October surprise but one or more nasty bombshells that could drop in the meantime and just wreck the Dim plans for 2016. Not just the WH race but all the downstream Dim candidates too. Hillary in that scenario would be the first domino to drop, leading to massive defeats of Dim candidates at both the federal and state level that would result in a GOP Senate with over 60 votes, a House GOP remaining at around its same historic level and a GOP prez.
The Clintons have been out of power for fifteen years. They were beaten in a face to face fight by Obama in 2008, and they've never been on the inside side. Team Obama has no interest in Team Clinton taking the party back over. THey are the ones timing the investigation, making the moves they make when they make them, and it is all calculated to make it impossible for Hillary to get and keep her footing. She will not be the nominee. Biden will. Biden is Team Obama. Once things have progressed sufficiently that it is clear that Hillary is ruined, and her supporters and Team are desperate, Obama will tell her to drop out, tell her he'll pardon her, she will discover a health issue, and drip out, and the remnants of Team Clinton will breathe a sigh of relief and join Team Biden, and that will mean a united and strong Democrat Party for the election. Biden will lose to Trump, but he'll beat anybody else in the GOP.
There are insider considerations. You raised the idea that maybe Hitlery's server was a honeypot (I think, maybe it was someone else). I denied it, pointing to the amateurishness of the entire operation. However, that doesn't mean that NSA hasn't conducted its own routine in-house monitoring of State and Defense and others to determine who is trying to hack our servers at any given time (primarily Israel, China, Russia). So, after investigation and a report on the NSA's metadata on the Xlinton server IP traffic (not its contents), the Obama team may have info that one or more of our opponents (or Israel) already has copies of everything that went through that server. And that they could release it to Wikileaks once Hitlery is in place, assuring a Dim defeat and a GOP tsunami at the state level (where the GOP is already exterminating the future Dem farm team) and in Congress (where the GOP is within reach of a 60-vote majority) and the 2016 WH race. Maybe they can't let Hitlery have the nomination, knowing that even the compliant libmedia won't be able to overcome the kind of scandal that could erupt well after it is too late to select another nominee. If they dump Hitlery, they have to do it soon. September at the very latest.
It will move at a slower pace. Hillary has to come to understand that she cannot win. And if she builds a team and a war chest, the Clintons will have done all they can. Biden can take that all over. It's not like before, where the Clinton's keep the money. She will hand over the war chest or she'll go to jail. Obama will be magnanimous with a pardon, if he's obeyed. Grass roots will see Trump surging and gaining Democrat voters, and will desperately want a solution. There will be more a few more grinding negative things out of the investigation. And then the capitulation, which will be internal. Because Hillary is ill, Biden will step forward "for the good of the party" and everybody will rush to him. He may even unite the liberals by bringing Sanders along as his Veep. Probably not, but he could. Nobody thinks yet that Trump will be the nominee, so the Dems figure they'll win. And they don't want to take shots at him either at this point, because he contributes a lot to them and they want that to happen long after he stops playing at being politician. So the Republicans and Democrats kid glove him for that reason, and the media as proxies are really weak and bad at it - he's a mediatric figure. Nobody is going to realize that Donald is in it to win, and that he WILL win, until South Carolina. Iowa and New Hampshire will be "flukes", and the winners of those "never win anyway", but South Carolina will be a game changer. When Republican politicians - the ones not already talking to Trump behind the scenes - realize that he is running away with it and looks to be forging a new "Reagan coalition" - they will come over. Only at THAT point will the Democrats actually start attacking Trump hard. Until then, Trump will basically be overrunning the Czechs and Poland, Denmark and Norway. South Carolina will be the Fall of France.
All of this intrigue reminds me of The Sopranos, or even a Mario Puzo novel from the 70s . . .
She already has the team and the warchest. That's part of Biden's problem. Biden has no control of the party apparatus. He has no tycoons backing his super-PAC (he has no super-PAC at all). He has no conventional campaign funds or real staffers. He has no campaign offices, no bus, ...well, the list just goes on and on. But he has Air Force Two. He has a bully pulpit. He could get Obama behind him and all the Xlinton-haters (of which there are many in the Dim party). Many Dims don't trust the Xlintons not to cut deals or consider them not Left enough or just find the Xlintons' behavior disgusting. So Biden has a steep hill to climb this fall and he would need to start moving in the next few weeks in a serious way that requires that he commits to that run and not just dip his toes in.
It is not Biden, but Team Obama who will be driving all of this. Biden is the grandfatherly figurehead. Obama is going to take out Hillary and name his heir, and Obama's Team will control the country for the next 4-16 years. It's a new Tammany Hall. Trump can put the kibosh on it.
Most of Team Obama is already gone to the private sector. The Xlinton bunch didn't hire them except the social networking experts. You really underestimate the amount of campaign machinery and funding that has to be put in place. None of which Biden has. BTW, the rumor is still going around that Biden will pledge a single term.
I discount it. It doesn't matter. The entire machine will be handed by Hillary to Biden, intact, with her blessing. Because, you see, Hillary has undisclosed health issues and a new grandchild, and she needs to retire to be able to spend more time with her family. But the Democratic process must move on, and both President Obama and Hillary Clinton agree that the best person to bear that standard is Vice President Biden.
You can't be serious. The Xlintons won't go that quietly even if Obola threatens to send them both to prison.

She will not be the nominee. Biden will. Biden is Team Obama. I agree Hillary will not be the nominee and Obama does not support her. I am less certain of who the nominee will be. Biden, Warren, Sanders, or whoever. If Hillary stepped aside, and Warren jumped in, I think Warren could take it. As for who is behind all this, it is a bit early to tell for sure. It could be the intel services in a Watergate style drip drip drip. Then the investigation could go through Hillary and keep going. The timing works for an intelligence response to the orchestration of a Pollard parole. The curious Intel IG memo was almost immediately posted to the internet by a Republican senator, ensuring the administration could do nothing to retract it.
I am serious. The Clintons have never before faced the actual prospect of really going down, being prosecuted and going to prison. They have always been the alphas. They have always been the executives being investigated from below, and it was always in the context of a machine they controlled. Now, they are being investigated from above, by enemies, and they do not control the system. The man who DOES control the system is not their friend or ally, and has a strong vested interest in completely breaking their power and kicking them to the curb permanently, and in jailing one of them if they won't submit to his power. He has an incentive to make it clear who is in command, and who is subordinate, and taking out the woman perceived as being the Alpha Bitch of the Democrat Party will make it very clear to everybody that Obama is everything that the Clintons were believed to be, and a great deal more.
Warren directly challenged Obama in public on some major issues lately. She will not be the nominee. Sanders is not a Democrat, and he won't win the general election. It will be Biden, a loyalist who already is on the Team, and who has no team or base of his own. He will be Obama's Medvedev.
True. But they probably know about a bunch of dirt on a bunch of people. I'd say they and the Bushes for that matter still have people in the CIA etc that is loyal to them.
Clintons have been out of power for 15 years. They haven't had their hands on current IRS or FBI files for nearly two decades. The statutes of limitations have run on most of the dirt they once had. Team Obama has had access to the current files - gathered with greater technical resources than existed in the 1990s (so more complete) - for the past 6 years. Hillary is very weak. The old power to threaten is largely gone, and there's a new sheriff in town who can protect those threatened by shutting down the avenues of accusation.
It's the Chicago way?
Hell yes it's the Chicago Way! Obama is in possession of the summit of America. He can determine who will succeed him. On the one hand is a woman he had to beat before in hand-to-hand combat, who seriously embarrassed his administration by her conduct. Because let's face it: that server was there to prevent OBAMA from knowing what she was doing. Her handling of foreign affairs didn't bring Obama any credit, and now she's caught with this server and OBVIOUSLY obstructing justice. He could cut her some slack, but why? Why cover her tracks for evading HIM? That's what that server was there for. after all. Obama sits at the summit of America - the alpha male of the nation. He is still very popular, he's in command, he's still got a year and a half in office. He has the power to determine his successor, because Hillary has put her neck in a noose. If he does so, he can guarantee the patronage of many, and earn tremendous gratitude that will last, including gratitude from the future President. Obama and Biden appear to have always played square with each other, and Obama will always be welcome in Biden's White House. Obama has the power to "community organize" the future. Why WOULDN'T he? He can strike out the Clintons for good - and there are lots of Democrats who would like that. He can go a long way to guaranteeing a Democrat wins. He wins all around. And he makes Hillary pay for having embarrassed him and evaded him. What's NOT to love in this, if you're Obama?
Hillary had her private server to evade freedom of information requests and st stuff like that. She didn't hide anything from Obama. Did you forget about the NSA already?
Nobody is in a position to win a mud slinging fight with the intelligence agencies and the justice department. Put two and two together. The government waited patiently for Hillary to submit her sworn statement to the court regarding what she had turned over. Almost immediately, it was released by Intel IG that they had found TS/SI/TK/NOFORN, she had info from five different intel agencies, and she "volunteered" to give up her server and thumb drives. They were sitting with all that while they waited for her sworn statement. While Hillary drones on in Clintonian obfuscation about a lack of classification markings, the felony defined at 18 U.S.C. § 793 refers to "any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense." The statute avoids the need for the information to be officially classified or marked. About the only remaining question about Sidney Blumenthal might be the key in which he is singing. He turned over email that Hillary did not. Sidney may have made a deal. The agencies may be able to track email that was sent to Hillary, and which was received from Hillary. They have the horsepower to get the information, and the manpower to do something with it. Just imagine how much help NSA might be. And Ms. Ditz was one of only about 20 original classifying authorities in the United States. The most brilliant woman in the world cannot claim she was too dumb to know any better.

The emails tend to show that the Obama administration did not include her on all the intel. She was denied permission to put Sidney Blumenthal on the payroll. She used Blumenthal to open an illegal, back channel intel operation on her personal server and handled everything up to TS/SCI on it. The routine stuff handled on that server was cover for the non-routine stuff. Obama and staff may have known of a server, but not of the illegal back channel intelligence operation. When the rubber met the road, Blumenthal submitted a more complete email collection than Hillary did, and she cannot explain her missing messages. Hillary deceived Obama and his Chicago staff, and she deceived the DNC about potential problems. They are currently working on her exit plan. That will be coordinated with Uncle Joe, but others might join the race.
Others might join the race, but they won't have the backing of the White House, and they won't inherit Hillary's machine. The one whom Obama chooses will obtain both of those things. And that will be Biden. He will be the nominee. If the Republicans name Trump, Trump will win. If they name anybody else, Biden will win.
