How easily swayed is Hillary Clinton and her camp by money? Well, would you believe a corporation that’s one of her biggest opponents is also one of her biggest donors? News Corp, the parent company of Fox News, is surprisingly one of Clintons’ 10 biggest donors since 1992, donating over three million dollars to Hillary and her various foundations.

According to newly-released donor data from the Federal Election Commission and the Center for Responsive Politics, that’s the ninth largest donor to Clinton during that time period.
The corporation that has donated the most to Clinton is Newsweb, a Chicago-based media conglomerate. According to the data, Newsweb has donated over $25 million to Clinton over the period since 1992.
SlimFast was a distant second, donating a bit over six million dollars. The union American Federation of Federal, State and Municipal Employees came in third, with just a little under six million.

Other unions were also major donors for Clinton. The Service Employees International Union came in at number seven with almost four million dollars donated to Hillary. The Communications Workers of America was just behind them at number eight, with $3,662,175. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers was tenth with a little over $2,600,000.
That didn’t stop her from raking in the dough from investment banks, either: Goldman Sachs was fourth, with just a little under five million dollars donated (H/T Truth and Action).
While News Corp’s donations may seem counterintuitive to some, it’s worth pointing out that the company (and CEO Rupert Murdoch) have a wide range of interests, many of which require the gears of Washington to be well-oiled.
And, as so many Middle Eastern satrapies with questionable human rights records will tell you, the easiest way to get things done with a Clinton is a little donation to the Clinton Foundation. After all, the multitude of women Bill Clinton has sexually harassed over the years aren’t going to shut themselves up.
