According to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), at least two of the emails contained “Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information.” An ordinary person–or even a well-known leader like General David Petraeus–would be prosecuted for moving classified information onto a private system. And that is just the beginning of her legal problems. Clinton not only allegedly exchanged classified information via private e-mail, but also destroyed her emails before handing them over to the State Department before the government could determine for itself which were personal and which were job-related. That could constitute a felony, with a three-year prison sentence attached. And that is just the beginning of what is known. It is worth noting, too, that much of the information emerging on Hillary Clinton first emerged from three sources: the Benghazi select committee, which the left attempted to dismiss; the independent Judicial Watch organization, which submitted key Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests; and the thorough research of Peter Schweizer, who documented Clinton’s alleged conflicts of interests. This time, the Clinton magic may not be able to save her. 
Hillary Clinton is going to prison–or would be, if she were an ordinary prison. The FBI has reportedly taken possession of the emails on her home computer server, according to U.S. officials cited by the Associated Press.

This time, the Clintons have given Obama the weapon by which he can destroy their power base for good and take over full control of the party. Biden will be the nominee. Obama will pardon Hillary before he leaves office, but not before the Election.
You really underestimate the Clintons. They have dirt on everyone in DC. Look for some Dem Senators to after the Clintons only to have an equal amount of GOP senators to start backing off them. That is called the Potomac two step.
Obama beat them. And he is in office with all of the most current records and information, and he has a band of loyalists around him as fierce as the Clinton loyalists, with greater power, greater intelligence, and more discipline. Team Clinton and Team Obama fought for power in 2008. Team Obama won. They have had eight years to wrest control of the party and the levers of power - and to collect all of the secret information that the Clintons' did. Team Obama is composed of Ivy Leaguers, who are more intelligent than Team Clinton's team of Southern grifters. In the battle of wits Obama has won every time, and his team has won every time. Team Clinton was looking to step forward and reclaim power and control in the Democrat Party. Obama is taking them out for good by striking directly at the queen. HE controls the Attorney General, the FBI, the IRS. And he is a lot more personally disciplined than either of the Clintons. I do not forget that the Clintons have dirt on everybody in DC, but that dirt is useless if no official will investigate it - and none will because Obama controls the investigative agencies - and nobody will prosecute it - and nobody will because Obama controls the Department of Justice - and Obama and his more intelligent and disciplined team have had 8 years to get all of the dirt on the Clintons and their cronies. And with Hillary under investigation and Biden about to step up, it will be clear to Democrats across the country - and to those Clinton cronies - that Team Obama is going to be in command of the country for another eight years. By taking out their Queen, Hillary herself, nakedly and directly, Obama is telling each Clinton crony that he can take HER out, and therefore he can - and WILL - take any one of THEM out if they don't stay in line. They will retreat and submit, just exactly as they did in 2008. Obama will win, because he is, in fact, much smarter, much stronger, much more disciplined, and has a much more loyal and careful team than the Arkansas grifters. I'm not underestimating the Clintons at all. I know how important it is that they not get power back. But you really underestimate Obama. He has beaten the Clintons every time, and he knows how important it is that they never get power over him. Obama is going to take down Hillary and install his heir in the White House, and with that, the Clintons' political power will be broken. The Democrat Party will be an Obama-controlled party, not a Clinton-controlled party. Obama is the gold lion. Clinton is the red lion. They have fought for power twice. There will not be a third fight. Cue the Rains of Castamere. "'And who are you,' the proud lord said, 'that I should bow so low? Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know.
