Download the Penguin browser if on an android. Plays flash. You have to pay a one time fee though.
Thanks will give it a try.
Went to the company help site and there is a message there that Adobe Flash no longer supports Android devices. I'm sure they will figure it out. If not, I know what's going on my birthday/Christmas list this year...an iPad:)
I wrote Penguin but it is Puffin.
http://www.puffinbrowser.com/index.php
What's new in Puffin 4
Puffin World, Smart Search Tags, Better Flash Player, and even faster speed.
Plus existing amazing features: Download-to-Cloud feature, Theater mode for Flash videos and games, all new Color Themes, brand new User Interface, and Add-ons supports.

All 950 million Android devices can be compromised by sending a single invisible MMS message to corrupt the texting/photo feature.
Various other exploits on Android are making it look like a terrible platform for security.
/. sez: "We've already looked at the Stagefright vulnerability, discovered by Zimperium, and shown what can be done to deal with it. Affecting up to 95 percent of Android devices, the vulnerability has led to Google and Samsung announcing monthly security updates. Now the mobile security company has released additional details about how the exploit works. To help explain the vulnerability, a video has been produced which uses a Stagefright demonstration to illustrate it in action. Zimperium has also released an Android app that checks devices for the vulnerability."
You can see a video demonstrating exactly how it can take over your phone invisibly. Zimperium has a free app to test if your Android device is vulnerable. My Galaxy S3 was vulnerable to the app (when I pretended to allow it to do what it wanted to do on my rooted custom-ROMmed S3).
Otherwise, I have disabled MMS entirely a year back. I always suspected it.
These kinds of horrible elementary exploits recall the IE6 scandal with the JPG, GIF and BMP format. You may recall your computer could get taken over by a malicious web JPG or BMP or GIF picture.
Google and Samsung are so nervous they have finally committed to monthly security updates for all Android devices. Long long overdue. So you'll get patches now with newer devices and Google's own Nexus products getting the best and fastest patches. Older Androids won't benefit.
But it's not just Android.
./ sez: "Security researcher Christopher Domas has demonstrated a method of installing a rootkit in a PC's firmware that exploits a feature built into every x86 chip manufactured since 1997. The rootkit infects the processor's System Management Mode, and could be used to wipe the UEFI or even to re-infect the OS after a clean install. Protection features like Secure Boot wouldnt help, because they too rely on the SMM to be secure."
So every Windows (and Mac and Linux x86) machine is vulnerable to a rootkit attack that can survive reboots and even formatting your system drive.
A couple of very serious Mac vulnerabilities against root takeover have also surfaced in the last few weeks.
So security is terrible across the board.
Now, do I actually need to discuss whether using an obscure third-party browser with a roll-yer-own version of Adobe Flash player is a good idea?
You'd be surprised how many techies, celebs and top corporate players are going back to dumb flip phones and dumping their smartphones.
BTW, you might check on those iPads/iPhones before you buy one for Flash. They don't like Flash either. However, Apple does have a pretty solid YouTube client but you can't just run any old Flash website on Apple's devices. And few people want to because Flash is just so vulnerable. That's why you have to update it every week. Much like WinXP, you just can't fix it technically.
More security info just in the last 24 hours. Things are moving very fast in security threats now.
Firefox responded to a major threat in under 24 hours.
Thursday night Mozilla released a Firefox security patch after finding a serious vulnerability that allows malicious attackers to upload files from a user's computer. The update was released about 24 hours after Mozilla learned of the flaw. In a blog post, Mozilla said, "a Firefox user informed us that an advertisement on a news site in Russia was serving a Firefox exploit that searched for sensitive files and uploaded them to a server that appears to be in Ukraine. This morning Mozilla released security updates that fix the vulnerability. All Firefox users are urged to update to Firefox 39.0.3. The fix has also been shipped in Firefox ESR 38.1.1."
What about your car and home?
Samy Kamkar has built a new device called Rolljam that is about the size of a wallet and can intercept the codes used to unlock most cars and many garage doors. The device can be hidden underneath a vehicle and when the owner approaches and hits the unlock button on her key or remote, the device grabs the unique code sent by the remote and stores it for later use. The device takes advantage of an issue with the way that vehicles that use rolling codes for unlocking produce and receive those codes. Kamkar said that the device works on most vehicles and garage doors that use rolling, rather than fixed codes.
A rare bit of good news. Israelis says they can protect any Windows machine from zero-day exploits, an astonishing claim. It appears this is some kind of Windows clone.
Sounds too good to be true, but Morphisec, an Israeli startup, claims to have built an unhackable version of Windows. Its not yet publicly available, a red flag if ever I saw one, but internal testing has had a 100% success rate: "In a statement for BI, Dudu Mimran, the co-founder of the company, describes this new OS version as the Windows that 'Microsoft should be doing,' explaining that, while the platform was initially designed for government use, it can be actually installed by any enterprise that wants to make sure that no hack is possible. Basically, this operating can block any zero-day attack, the founder says, thanks to the operating system randomizing all memory, which means that the hacker cannot target the computer memory and compromise the data stored on the drives."
What things memory randomization does not fix, left as an exercise for the reader.
I'm almost afraid to read the tech news any more for fear of finding out about yet another major security hole in my equipment and software.
Also, why are we calling these debates "debates" - they are question and answer sessions.
I would love to see a real debate. You're right - these things we look at every election cycle are NOT debates.
While it probably wouldn't have worked last night - too many players - a real debate where the candidates challenge each other (with little moderator interruption) would be revealing and educational.
It would work with 2 or 3 candidates.
I would have loved to be at one of the Lincoln/Douglas debates. I wonder if they could have dumbed it down to the point where it would have made for good TV, though

I think debates are a hold over from earlier times - I mean real debates like in college.
The earliest elections did not have the actual candidate campaigning because it was seen as too unseemly. You had surrogates do that for the candidate. It was bad form to praise yourself and say you are better than the other guy.
We are entering a more crass phase of election styles.
I think they $1,000 word I learned in sophmore year was 'lugubrious.'
Had a hard time working that one in for general conversation down the road:)

You could do an afternoon debate, ask serious policy questions, have a formal debate system, let pairs face off with a main argument on a topic and then pepper each other with questions.
The only problem is that lawyers would excel. And Ted Cruz would demonstrate why he was a Princeton/Harvard debate champ. But would it make him a better president. Our presidents are elected to act on their own judgment, not to debate the cabinet on policy. This is why presidents don't debate the cabinet. They set policy and tell the cabinet to implement it.

Which is why Trump is my guy. His instincts seem right, and he really doesn't care if he offends people.

Fox made the debate available online to cable and satellite subscribers, but many users on Twitter said they had a tough time accessing it.
A Fox spokeswoman confirmed the problems and said "an unprecedented, overwhelming demand caused server issues in the debate live stream."
The above may explain why some folks had issues streaming the video last night of the debate.

Was really surprised the Clinton News Network (CNN) reported this on their website:
They're green with envy over the ratings.
I think they're worried that the RNC might just cancel the libmedia GOP primary debates entirely. They already dumped Candy Crowley, a hasty forced retirement. I think Reince Priebus had some words with them.
That EU server I posted the link to worked but it took a long long time to negotiate a connection to the servers. It was being hammered, not just in the States but worldwide.
There is intense interest in whether the GOP might field a candidate that can defeat Hitlery. A lot of people who don't want another helping of what Obama has dished out for 8 years. Not that they love the GOP, they just don't like what America has been doing.
Does anyone imagine that our presidents are hosting a debating society in the White Hut?
Yes. That is exactly what they do on a daily basis.
Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012)
Several of our founding fathers who were devoted Christians and who later became President did not seem to have a problem with the US Constitution.
The fact that they helped write it and grew up in a period when claiming to be a True Believer was pretty much mandatory may have had something to do with that.
So not seeing a strong case for your point.
Of course not, although I suspect you would if the nominee were a Muslim.
Or even a Quaker or a Mormon.

a True Believer will put his religious beliefs ahead of everything else,
True.
And there is nothing wrong with that as long as they aren't the President of the United States. Although to be completely honest I have a serious problem with Catholics that owe their first allegiance to Rome, and Jews who owe their first allegiance to Israel. IMHO,if Rome and Israel are that important to you,you need to man the bleep up and move you ass to same zip code your heart occupies.

Well cross off Mormon. I stated on LP that Romney's religion would not influence my decision to vote or not vote for him.
Muslim? Your right I did not vote for the Muslim presidential candidate and settled for the Mormon in 2012. Plus unlike our American Christian tradition, Islam is inherently political from its inception.
Finally, we already had a Quaker President:
Nixon was a Quaker.
Nixons mother, Hannah, was a devout Quaker who instilled the faith in her husband and children. After the failure of his fathers lemon grove in Yorba Linda, California, Nixon moved with the family in 1922 to the nearby Quaker community of Whittier, which was named after one of Americas most eminent Quakers, the poet John Greenleaf Whittier. As a boy, Nixon went to Quaker meetings four times on Sundays and played the piano at church services. He enrolled at Whittier College, a Quaker institution, and attended mandatory chapel hours every day.

My girlfriend watched it and said that she was utterly disgusted by Kasich, the Ohio Governor. I don't know why. I didn't waste my time watching any of the circus. Actually, immediately after dinner I fell asleep. So there are my thoughts and opinions...
IMHO,if Rome and Israel are that important to you,you need to man the bleep up and move you ass to same zip code your heart occupies.
Jesus is God. God owns the whole world, and every person in it. He is the King, all humans are his subjects. Those who refuse to recognize his sovereign rule are rebellious subjects. He tolerates their existence.
The religion of Jesus is universal; its adherents span every land, and all of the land belongs to God. Which means that every acre of land on earth is under the jurisdiction of God.
The Catholic Church is God's Church on earth. The Holy Spirit was breathed into it, and lives there.
Therefore, the moral jurisdiction of the Catholic Church, as God's One True Faith, properly extends over every human on earth, and over every acre of soil.
Therefore, there is no "manning up" and moving to Rome. Every zip code on earth properly belongs to us. Through conversion and settlement the people of God seek to people the whole world and subdue her.
Wherever we are, it all belongs to us. Where nations and cultures have erected idols that oppose God, it is our job to peacefully undermine those idols, to replace them with truth, and to fill up those lands. This takes time, and we have until the end of it. Dripping hollows out rock.
So, there will be no moving. It's all ours, and in the end, our King will rule it all. And until he comes, we will be steadily pressing his borders outward, among the realms of men, and inward, in their hearts.
Rome merely happens to be where the HQ tent is currently pitched. But the whole world belongs to God, and therefore I'm not conceding any of it. And particularly not my native land. We are not leaving. We are taking it over. Demographics say that the Catholics will prevail.
So, I've heard your request for me to leave. But I prefer to stay and conquer.

A transcript of all the Lincoln-Douglas debates is available in the Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln, Volume 3. An searchable online version is available at the University of Michigan. It would have to be sanitized or bleeped.
He refused to say that he would support the REP nominee if it wasn't him. That's chicken sh*t then, now and always.
Ahhh yes support the nimrod that the establishment nominates, where has that thought process gotten this country in the last 80 years??
Then why run for the nomination at all if you don't like the nimrods running it? Have some integrity, honesty, character, conjones, etc. and run 3rd party right off. Don't be a cry baby take my ball home asshole because you didn't win then pretend that it wasn't all that important to you because you really didn't want to be a member of that club anyhow. Chicken sh*t is as chicken sh*t does. And Trump is pure chicken sh*t.
Plus unlike our American Christian tradition, Islam is inherently political from its inception.
I have to disagree with that one. Anyone even remotely familiar with the history of the Catholic Church knows that for hundreds of years it functioned as a arm of government everywhere it planted roots.
They even had their own courts and their own sentencing for anyone they accused of committing religious crimes.
In fact, not too long ago they were still playing these brutal games in Ireland.

Uh,huh.
And the difference between fundie Catholics like you and fundie Muslims is you spell "Sharia Law" differently?

Because a valid case can be made that we haven't had an actual Republican Presidential nominee since Reagan. They have all be Dims in Republican clothing.

Trump is Perot without all the class business acumen. Perot actually created new businesses that put people to work. All Trump has ever done was bankrupt companies and put people out of work as he makes his money selling the bones.

No. The difference is that the content of our moral code is quite different.
Their Allah permits them to marry multiple women and to beat them to keep them in line. Our Jesus permits us to marry only one, for life, as our helper and lover.
Their Allah demands that they make war on all of the infidels unto the end of the world. Our Jesus commands us to be peaceful and turn the other cheek.
Their Allah permits them to lie in order to advance their cause, because deception is legitimate in war, and they are always at war until the whole world is Muslim. Our Jesus commands us not to lie.
Their Allah and our Jesus demand everything of us - in that sense the Muslim and the Christian are parallel. But precisely WHAT Allah demands and WHAT Jesus demands is what makes all of the difference.
The Third Reich and the USA both had governments. They both had leaders, budgets and police forces. In that sense, they were very similar. But the content of their respective laws as different, and that made all the difference.
Our Jesus commands us to be peaceful and turn the other cheek.
Maybe, but nobody listens,or there wouldn't have been a war with the Protestants that lasted several hundred years.
