I remember watching this guy decades ago. I thought he just went by "Morton Downey". In a Cop Culture, the Bill of Rights Doesn’t Amount to Much I thought he just went by "Morton Downey". Sometimes he used the "Jr" moniker.... Morton Downey -- the first conservative TV host of a show I recall directly taking on the liberal-leftist onslaught within a debating format. Downey allowed some passionate venting, but kept it under control for the most part. The libs and leftists were ridiculed for their hysterics and il-logic in the world of the 1980s, Reagan's world, a saner world. The insane idiots and Leftist loons of today? Laughed off that stage, but not before their lies and propaganda exposed. Downey truly conducted a "No-Spin Zone" -- unlike that self-promoting narcissistic phony and pandering two-faced propagandist liar, Bill O'Reilly.
