He may have inherited his dad's supporters by default but that isn't the same as holding them over a period of years. In the end, Rand has to earn his own support with his dad's loyal followers. They are a herd of cats by any measure. I think some liberty voters and Tea folk have been drawn off to look at Trump and even Walker.
