The reason I ask is because for THIS President,black lives matter unlike other lives,and he might want to get a early heads up to send the alleged Justice Department over there to take over with federal charges. If only crackas were killed and the shooter was a cracka,he can just relax and go back to playing golf and dreaming about bathhouses. BTW,since there were at least 5 USMC murder victims and an unknown number of Navy victims,at least 2 of the dead pretty much have to be black. Not that I think Obomber will care about them unless the shooter is white.
