You can't. They move in and bring hate and gangs. Property values plummet and you are stuck. I see it in my world. You can hear them cussing so loudly that you swear there is a fight out side. Then you realize its just a couple of kids leaving an elementary school! America is so screwed! Progressives have done what no other country could even dream of.
You can't move to a better neighborhood anymore. The reason why government pays them 10 times more than what they would be worth in the market place. Which means they can afford to move out of the ghetto and into your neighborhood. Then instead of becoming a better citizen they just revert back to intercity gangsters! THEY have enough money and political influence (same thing) to get away with denying Section 8 housing rezoning,and neither ghetto rats nor the typical respectable middle-class working black can borrow enough money to buy into one of them.
