They're probably all Americans. There's no way to tell by looking at somebody whether s/he's an American or not.
You could show up wearing an ICE jacket and see who stays. Those would be the American citizens.

Back many years ago, before freeways came to the Valley, When we entered, the bar was on the left and the small dining We seated ourselves and the bar tender came over to take our order. The food was excellent and we stopped by again from time to time….
In most cities in Ca,they would all stay because they are a protected species.

my wife and I were driving on the far west side of Phoenix
where we saw a quaint looking small Mexican restaurant. It
was midafternoon and we had not eaten so we decided to stop.
area was on the right. The dining area was empty, which of course
would be midafternoon. There were five or six guys seated at the bar,
who took off running towards the back door as soon as they saw us.
I of course asked him why everyone ran out the back door. He said
they saw your jackets and thought you were coming for them….we
were wearing blue nylon coach jackets. He said not to worry, they
would return when we left.
without the jackets, of course.
