WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- U.S. Park Police and Metropolitan Police Department officers are responding to Navy Yard for a report of active shooter. No casualties at this time. Police cars were seen with sirens on rushing to the scene. An employee inside Navy Yard reports that alarms are sounding and the buildings are on lock-down. Poster Comment: One more need for SWAT
