This happened this past week at a park at an elementary school in Rowlett, TX. A 14 year old girl was babysitting her niece when some black hoodlums were offended that they were seated in a 'black' park.

I think what Orthodoxa did was simply choose “anonymous videographer” as a name to fill in the blank and indicate there was no name assigned to the person taking the video.

I think that YouTube and other sites strip out such embedded tags when you upload the video. They also usually re-encode the video at various resolutions. So various vid sites don't offer you the original video which would have the embedded tags for camera model, GPS location (on some models), etc.
Okay, thanks. I'm of the opinion that the goobermint has ways to determine the exact phone and user that did the video.
Fred,I wouldn't bet against the NSA doing it,but they are federal,and this was just a small-time crime. After all,it was only a white girl and white baby that were injured,and they weren't even set on fire or eaten.
I doubt the local authorities have this ability,and even if they did there is no real reason for them to spend the time or the money. This group of goobers is going to brag about it,and within a week one of their homies will get arrested and give them up in a plea deal.
Or even one or more of them will get identified by facial comparison software of juveniles with arrests,and they will rat out the others for a reduced sentence.
Any way you look at it,the girl doing the attackign will be spending time in juvie within a couple of weeks at the most. Thanks to her homie she won't even be able to plead self-defense or that she was called the n-word. It's all down on video tape.
