Police said that Rodney Arnold, 34, shoved the jogger into Montgomery Rd. at Langdon Farm Rd. May 11. They said he pulled out a knife and showed it to her, causing her to believe her would seriously hurt her. The victim was able to get away and get help. Arnold was later arrested, and the alleged victim was able to positively identify him in a lineup. Arnold is charged with assault, aggravated menacing, and ethnic intimidation. He is held in the Hamilton County Justice Center. His bond is set at $90,000. My wife took me out for ice cream last night, we went to a little place in So Paris, Maine as I listened I heard the word "nigger' no less than four times. Three of those times was man to man conversations while the wife and kids got the ice cream, one was a man talking to his girlfriend.
