Pope Francis will this week call for changes in lifestyles and energy consumption to avert the “unprecedented destruction of the ecosystem” before the end of this century, according to a leaked draft of a papal encyclical. In a document released by an Italian magazine on Monday, the pontiff will warn that failure to act would have “grave consequences for all of us”. Francis also called for a new global political authority tasked with “tackling … the reduction of pollution and the development of poor countries and regions”. His appeal echoed that of his predecessor, pope Benedict XVI, who in a 2009 encyclical proposed a kind of super-UN to deal with the world’s economic problems and injustices. According to the lengthy draft, which was obtained and published by L’Espresso magazine, the Argentinean pope will align himself with the environmental movement and its objectives. While accepting that there may be some natural causes of global warming, the pope will also state that climate change is mostly a man-made problem. Poster Comment: NWO Pope....

McCain's major solution is to implement a cap-and-trade program on carbon-fuel emissions, like a similar program in the Clean Air Act that was used to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions that triggered acid rain. Industries would be given emission targets, and those coming in under their limit could sell their surplus polluting capacity to companies unable to meet their target. McCain wants the country to return to 2005 emission levels by 2012; 1990 levels by 2020; and to a level sixty percent below that by 2050. "As never before, the market would reward any person or company that seeks to invent, improve, or acquire alternatives to carbon-based energy," he said. "More likely, however, there will be some companies that need extra emissions rights, and they will be able to buy them. The system to meet these targets and timetables will give these companies extra time to adapt — and that is good economic policy." Now we know, the Pope is a Republican at heart. If Panamanian McCain can run for US president, why not the Argentine pontiff and the Canadian Cruz? Pope/Cruz 2016!

Like Obama, they're both foreign born and ineligible to be president of the US. At least McCain had two US citizen parents, whereas Rafael only had an American mother. Raffie Sr. didn't bother to become a US citizen until around 2005. He was in no hurry to renounce his allegiance to Fidel and the Communist party. Teddy Cruz is doubly ineligible like Obama, foreign parent and foreign born. Don't worry the Democrats don't give a damn about the Constitution either, so that old thing won't stop anyone from becoming president of this NWO banana republic.

McCain's birth certificate says "Panama" because he was born there. Duhh! George Romney's BC says "Mexico" because he was born there, of two US citizen parents. Even the GOP wouldn't let him run for president in '68, Nixon won instead.
