Where Did Unemployed Mechanic Boulware Get Money to Buy

James Boulware, the man killed Saturday in Dallas after shooting up a police station, bought a customized “Zombie Apocalypse Assault Vehicle and Troop Transport” despite the fact his family said he did not have any money.

A van similar to the one used by Boulware was sold by Jenco Sales Inc. in Newnan, Georgia on eBay for $8,250.

Boulware traveled to Georgia last week to pick up the vehicle.

“He just got the van last week,” said Jim Boulware, the dead man’s father. “He went and took a bus to Georgia and picked it up.”

WFAA, an ABC News affiliate in Dallas, reported that Boulware’s family wanted him to get psychiatric help, but he did not have the money to pay for it. Boulware’s mother, Jeannine Hammond, said her son was mentally ill and “heard voices,” NBC 5 – KXAS in Forth Worth reported.

Authorities have yet to discuss how Boulware, a 35-year-old unemployed mechanic, was able to purchase the van and the weapons used in the attack.

June 13, 2015

It has now been confirmed that the van used in the Dallas Police shooting did in fact once belong to the Pickens County Sheriff’s department.

The question is, if the PC Sherrifs department hasn’t been contacted by the Dallas police, how can they possibly confirm a VIN of a vehicle used in a shooting, and was subsequently torched? (How convenient. Torch the evidence!)

Other Alternative media outlets seemingly coincided the reports of the Van belonging or once belonged to police. Interesting.

As stated earlier, we were contacted by a Twitter follower who said they had information we may want to see. Below is the email we received unedited and in full.(1 image)

Personal check?

God knows he wasn't carrying cash. If he did the cops would have stolen it.

I'm surprised that he was able to build an armored van (with some weak spots) with this vast police state we live in. How is that possible?

He probably bought it for scrap value at a county auction in Dallas.

I seriously doubt anybody but him and a scrap dealer were bidding on it.

You can bid online at these things all over the country pretty much every day of the week if you want.

Yeah,"some weak spots" is one way to put it,but it belonged to the Dallas PD,and was sold at public auction. He either bought it at the auction,or bought it from somebody that did. Since nobody but a cop fan boy loon or a scrap dealer would buy a pile of crap like that,it went cheap.

I've bought them myself. I bought a 85 Impala cop car for $125 in 91 or 92. Put a used engine in it and drove it for 3 or 4 years. It replaced a former taxi cab that I bought for $200 that I drove for maybe 2 years. I stopped driving the taxi when there was more duct tape on the roof to keep the rain out than there was roof. Can't remember what I did with the engine, but I still have the 700r4 transmission. It shifted perfectly, and I'm going to put it in my 48 Plymouth coupe. Might have to do a few modifications to it first to get it to stand up the balanced and blueprinted 412 SBC with a radial street cam,big valves, long rods,10 to 1 Keith Black pistons, gapless rings, gear drive, and roller rockers, though.

I think that little Plymouth is going to get a rude awakening after being used to the tired stock 305 in it now.

Is this a serious question? In America one can be chronically unemployed and still, thanks to government largess, 'earn' upwards to $15k per year, this doesn't include food stamps, rent assistance and free medical care. So nutso bought a van and the KooKs proceed to tumble down the conspiracy rabbit hole? They're cracked.

Selling weed.

Selling crack.

Since he is unemployed he probably gets free health care. Maybe he gets pills and sells them.

Maybe he works off the books.

Maybe he robbed someone.

here Did Unemployed Mechanic Boulware Get Money to Buy “Zombie Apocalypse Assault Vehicle”?

He bought a used armored van off ebay for $8,250 from a sheriff's dept SWAT unit - which probably sold it because they got a tank from the Defense dept. Since when did $8,250 become a princely sum? If this was a suicide mission he can easily gather all his life savings and sell some of his current possessions and maybe borrow some from credit cards, etc. If he had a car, that could account for most of the funds, etc? Weed dealers actually don't make that much money. Most weed dealers sell weed to afford to smoke weed and some pocket change. Maybe meth dealer? Or did some roofing jobs off book? etc.

I am more shocked that an actual end of the world survivalist type did not see this on sale and snap it up. Their youtube videos are all about how to buy bug out supplies, etc.
