An attorney for former McKinney, Texas, police officer Eric Casebolt, who became a focus of controversy after being caught on video pinning a young black girl to the ground and drawing his weapon on other teens, offered an apology for his actions Wednesday. He regrets that his actions depict him and his department in a negative light. He apologizes to all who were offended, Jane Biskin, Casebolt's attorney, told a news conference Wednesday.
