"We will always remember..."

An emotional Ronald Reagan commemorates the 40th Anniversary of D-Day and its courageous heroes on June 6, 1984 @Pointe Du Hoc and Omaha Beach, France.

Poster Comment:

Aside from noting the obvious -- how deeply and sincerely Ronald Reagan appreciated those who sacrificed all for a nation he and they profoundly loved -- Reagan's humility stands in stark contrast to the personal arrogance, disdain, and hatred the current President has for America...for those who serve...and for all that this nation has ever stood for.

You try to be one, but you aren't going to make it. You're basic nature as a countercultural destructive bum continues to dominate your intended performance.

One more question: Is 0blabla a kindred spirit of yours?

Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama all were allied with Muslim jihadists. See what the fuck the evil USA did to Yugoslavia and beyond. How can you people forgive reagan for inviting Mujaheedin into the WH? God cursed Reagan with brain damage - thank you, Jesus.

Reagan was no saint of amerika; in fact, he created some of the down fall for both on board illegal immigration acivities, federal government exploitation of US wealth and other liberal manifestations of power to include the love of US government by a pile of greedy so-called "servants of the people."

Reagan's spew was all propaganda, of course. Today, amerika stands as a failed nation because of Reagan's legacy.

I notice the freak out trying to forget Reagan's link to jihadis. Afghanistan for Reagan was one big Benghazi - he supported the overthrow of a secular regime and the jihadis took over and then killed Americans.

Today, Amerika has evil Muslims all around us. Amerika expends some 50% of total military budget in the ME to subdue the "freedom fighters."

Do you ever wonder why Amerika is relegated into pauper land as another third world nation? We became those that we loathe and pay for it; there is proof, too: US national debt is about 20 TRILLION playing with snake charmers and flying carpet charlatans in the ME.

Reagan didn't solve anything. He exacerbated issues with the thrust that US taxpayers pay for his deceit.

The only point you're making is that you have a distorted process of inference. You, and your left wing tribe, continually exagerate the importance and functionaality of all all elements supporting your lopsided position. You simultaneously self-censor any evidence that is inconvenient to your position. You don't know who Reagan was consulting or why. Your only purpose is to attempt to pin everything bad that has happened to this country for the last hundred years on Reagan.

You clowns act as if you were sitting in the Oval Office monitoring every detail of the Reagan presidency. You weren't. It's just a debate ploy.

The question's first part is stupid all preisdents can love America and 'do right by us' is subjective.

Here are facts. The policy Reagan endorsed in Afghanistan armed Muslims who later on stayed in jihad mode and attacked their former patron.

In searching for a short term goal the American foreign policy establishment under Reagan then Bush created a long term problem.

We currently all scream about Benghazi but that is what Afghanistan became when the USA backed the jihadists - one big Benghazi. If 9/11 did not happen then Reagan arming the jihdis would not be even remembered. There is too much hero worship on Reagan who was extremly flawed and back failing policies even if he was a leader people liked because of his general mannerisms, etc.

Reagan didn't solve anything. He exacerbated issues...

That must be why the decade of the 1980s was the ONLY decade since the 1930s to be war-free, huh? Had nothing to do with Reagan? And neither did the old USSR crumbling?

Do you even remember the 1980s and Reagan??

Those "exacerbated issues" as a result of the Reagan Presidency must be why the Reagan Years were America's very last years for optimism, hope, and "American Dream"; The last years of national financial growth, increased standards of living, and entrepreneurial advances; The last decade that the culture and music remained relatively fun and care-free; The VERY last decade (and Presidency) NOT to be tainted by a New World Order agenda, OR societal upheaval and chaos, OR a rampant police-state agenda, OR absolute and unfettered invasions, OR homofascism and culture war, OR the utter destruction of the US Constitution by globalist puppets, traitors, perverts, and Commies.

Responsible for all of the good remembered and realized from the Reagan Years was the stability he provided as a strong leader, statesman, man of integrity and honor, and President who truly loved this nation.

Here's a fact:

Your perspective is clouded -- nay drowned by your Commie hatred of the USA, subversive agenda, and lack of credibility.

Reagan signed off on arming the foes of an expansionist USSR during what was still a cold war. Only complete idiot (with a subversive, dishonest agenda) would conflate events which occurred 30 years later.

Moreover, to claim in 2015 (especially after Dubya Bush attacked the Taliban in Afghanistan in 2001) that the generation of Afghans or Muslims armed by Reagan during the 1980s is now the responsibility of The Gipper is...a joke.

If 9/11 did not happen then Reagan arming the jihdis would not be even remembered.

And...your point IS?? LOL...

There is too much hero worship on Reagan...

Aaaww, isn't that too d*amn bad for you and your socialist brethren? *sob, sniffle*

Reagan who was extremly flawed...

You're no American, you're a parasitic interloping socialist foreigner who's co-opted past and present American blood, sweat, and wealth. THIS is what defined you. WE will define Ronald Reagan.

A situation TODAY which has WHAT to do with Ronald Reagan THEN?

Just a reminder: The US was still fighting and armed for a Cold War with the Soviets. By the time Carter was done trashing the US military, many believed the Soviets were in a stronger military position.

Complete BS.

Reagan didn't get along with Poppy, while Dubya's stunts and policies were all his own (along with his fellow globalists and Saudi overlords.)

We currently all scream about Benghazi but that is what Afghanistan became when the USA backed the jihadists - one big Benghazi.

I find your theories incredibly inane, ignorant, and half-baked. Embarrassingly (for you), you haven't the foggiest notion what "Benghazi" was or is, or the nature of its operation.

Here are facts. The policy Reagan endorsed in Afghanistan armed Muslims who later on stayed in jihad mode and attacked their former patron.

Those are your over simplified facts.

Here are some realities you glossed over in your determined obstinate stupidity. Since the Korean conflict, wars of conquest have increasingly been fought, not by troops in closely knit compact formations, but through guerrilla and counter-guerrilla movements. Compact uniformed formations are easily identified and wiped out by air power. Diffuse guerrilla movements are not. Under Reagan we supported a small guerrilla movement against the Russians by giving Arab guerrillas just enough arms to drive the Russians nuts. It got to the point where Russian soldiers were mutineeing rather than go down to the middle East and take bullets from hidden directions. It worked and the Russians pulled out.

You would have us believe that Reagan armed the entire jihadist movement which is far from the truth. One thing that has been a problem is military waste and equipment abandonment. When we leave or retreat, we have a bad habit of abandoning large stockpiles of equipment for enemy use. It's laziness on our part.
