Would Congress, the administration, the courts and other high politicians order the enforcers to hunt down and kill, at all cost, those killing the leaders of the oligarchy, or would the people rise up and start a wholesale slaughter of corrupt politicians, police, judges, and media? If anyone's hand is forced upon pain of death to do anything, including following the Constitution, then certainly they'd do it as long as that enforcement level is present. If the larger question is, would this be a potential through extremely drastic/last ditch effort way of fixing the country, then I say the anwser is no, because it doesn't do anything about the corrupt corporate powers that are in place influencing Congress. Anyone replacing any members of Congress will do the same things that the average Congressmen have always done. The problem is systemic, and it can't be fixed by the scenario you present. It would be billed as a huge attack on our "way of life" and "democracy" in the media, and a strong majority would agree. or would the people rise up and start a wholesale slaughter of corrupt politicians, police, judges, and media? No, because Americans are generally complacent. As long as they got their big screen flat panel TV's, a new car every other year, and Walmart's & McDonald's to shop at, they won't have any serious reason to be interested in what goes on in Washington, the imposition of high tax's not withstanding.
