The first Friday of June every year is a special day. It is a day of giving for some, and for others it is a day of receiving. It is also a day that you can make a difference by one simple act of kindness. What exactly am I talking about? National Donut Day. All across America today donut shops of all sizes including Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme’s, and your favorite local donut shop’s will be handing out delicious treats, and you don’t need to spend those hard earned Federal Reserve Notes either. Make National Donut Day one to remember. We can all be equally satisfied with these finger licking goods, but what if I told you even more good can come of this? It’s simple really. All you need to do is take your free donut and donate it to a police officer. That’s it! If we all donate our finger lickin’ dough, we may be able to cleverly cause a nation of lethargic cops to lick their own fingers, rather than use their fingers to pull triggers! So, it is really up to you. At least for today, we can possibly slow down the killing machine and prevent some senseless acts of police brutality. But be careful as you approach an officer with a box full of goodies, they could be mistaken for an AK-47, a tank, or whatever else the cops make up to justify their shooting. Poster Comment:

I doubt it will slow down the badged thugs. Add a sugar high to the already steroid-fueled adrenaline jag most cops are on and you're asking for real problems. But be careful as you approach an officer with a box full of goodies, they could be mistaken for an AK-47, a tank, or whatever else the cops make up to justify their shooting. Wouldn't be the first time that cops shot someone because they "feared for their life" from an inanimate object.
