When you put crabs in a bucket, you don’t need a lid to prevent them from climbing out. That’s because when any one crab tries to climb out, the others will pull him down and keep him there. Eventually, all of them will be eaten. Americans today suffer from Crab Bucket Syndrome. When any one of us takes a stand and does something that takes balls — or ovaries — the timid and the brain-dead try to claw at us until we’re back down at the bottom. Such is the case with Douglas Hughes, a man who decided to use a gyrocopter to protest the government. He is now facing nine and a half years in prison, with obedient police apologists calling him “crazy.” More recently, one man decided to stop a police chase that could have turned fatal — using only raw instinct and courage. A criminal can be seen in the video being chased by officers. That is when this brave man steps into the path of the criminal’s car, forcing the car to come to a stop. At this point police can be seen scurrying around and hiding behind their vehicles with several guns pointed at not only the criminal but the intervening man as well. The man still proceeds to take efficient action, and brings the criminal physically to the police, using no beating or tasing or anything. He deescalated the situation without resorting to shooting someone to death. What happened to him for stepping up and taking action in his community? He was called “unstable” and “homeless” by the media over and over again. Several out-of-shape officers can be seen emerging from their hiding places and arresting him once he solved the problem for them. All the while, a timid media narrator stares down at the situation from the safety of his helicopter and continues to accuse the man of being “clearly unstable.” As one commenter described it: “Clearly Unstable?” Seriously? The guy looked like he had total presence of mind to me. He was even smart enough to put his knees on the bumper in case the guy hit the gas so he could fall on the hood of the car. Unstable? Hell no. It’s almost as if the cops arrested this man because they were jealous that this man did what was right and stole their thunder. Perhaps they felt useless after seeing what real courage looks like. And even if he was some kind of unstable crackhead — he wasn’t, but assuming for the sake of argument that he was — what does that prove? All it proves, in this case, is that even an unstable crackhead was smarter and better than police. The cops should have shaken this man’s hand and showed him respect for de-escalating a volatile situation. This man helped save taxpayers potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars, helped prevent any shooting deaths, and handled the situation efficiently — yet he, too, must be clawed back down to the bottom of the bucket by timid media and police crabs, arrested and labeled “unstable.” Watch the video below:

Perhaps they were flat out and out mad for not being able to kill the guy and get a couple of months of paid leave aka paid vacation. Meanwhile by arresting the real man, the cowardly males make three more enemies. All are born either male or female, but careful and correct upraising and behavior distinguish the real men from the males and the ladies from the females. As and example, my wife is a lady, hillary clinton is a female.

A single man stopping a possibly dangerous criminal - "unstable". We are in Bizarro World. Bet he gets charged for interfering with police or some nonsense. It proves that only an unstable crackhead would step in front of a moving car. If you wants cops to do that we're going to have to change the hiring criteria.
The car was barely moving. Even if he had been a crackhead (which he wasn't) he still had the presence of mind to apprehend the driver and hand him over to the cops. By doing so, he in effect did the cops' job for them. In anyone's view, he demonstrated bravery far and above that of the police. So what did the cops do? They promptly arrested him. Your authority fetish is so obsessive that you can't even give this guy credit for helping the police. You're pathetic. It proves that only an unstable crackhead would step in front of a moving car. If you wants cops to do that we're going to have to change the hiring criteria. Then maybe,we,the public,should go "upsclae" with our hiring criteria for police officers,and hire unstable crackheads instead of the cowardly losers we hire now? Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012)
Oh, was that the point of the story -- a citizen helps police? I got a different impression. My take was that the author thinks the cops are cowards because they didn't step in front of a moving car like a mentally unstable crackhead did. "The car was barely moving." Uh-huh. Was the accelerator broken? Car out of gas? No? So the driver could have punched it and killed anyone in front of the car. Right?
The point of the story is that the car was barely moving, a brave man did what dozens of cops were unwilling or unable to do and took the culprit into custody, handed him over to the police and was immediately arrested by the cops while the sycophant media called him "unstable". The point is - the guy was not a crackhead - as you can see from the video he had the presence of mind to apprehend the man and walk him over to the waiting cops. He did not stagger, he walked the guy over to the cop car. Even if he had been a crackhead (which he wasn't) he is still braver than you or the cowardly badged scum you so submissively worship. Tank Man, Tiananmen square You can tell by the way they're driving that they don't want to run over anyone. Both drivers tried to avoid the man on foot, and then stopped. The "unstable individuals" are the government, the media lackeys, and their boot-licking apologists. You can tell by the way they're driving that they don't want to run over anyone. misterwhite would call that guy a crackhead too for bravely standing against tyranny. We are in Bizarro World. That was a pretty cool video. I'm sure they'll be a follow-up story on the "unstable" hero unless the cops lock him up and throw away the key for embarrassing them to death.
That incident came to my mind too.
Maybe the cops were just busy and distracted, getting the hourly doughnut update. Good thing they had help from an unarmed civilian who'd had enough, right?
Nope, there's follow-up story and the man is not being held or charged.
I think the homeless, mentally unstable crackhead was simply trying to clean the guy's windshield for money. Turns out, he did the cops a favor. Dum-de-dum.
That's kinda reminiscent of Columbine, isn't it?
Cops are cowered (not cowards) now that they begin their watch as nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof. They're damned if they do anything and damned if they do something.
