He was severely injured when a Long Beach police officer encountered Feras Morad last week. By Saturday law enforcement officials had released 20-year-old Morad’s name, saying that he allegedly “threatened” a Long Beach officer before being fatally shot. Morad died at a hospital after Wednesday evening’s shooting. Police say he was “acting erratically” which might not sound too surprising considering he had fallen two stories from his friend’s window, after an argument got physical. Morad was still angry, and was not thinking clearly after he hit the ground, according to the Long Beach Fire Department. One firefighters requested assistance, and the officer who would end up taking Morad’s life responded. The officer said that one of three “male suspects” began walking toward him as he exited his vehicle. He “appeared to have a large cut on his body and was covered with blood,” the department’s release read. “The officer told him he was there to help him get medical aid.” The officer ordered Morad to “stop” even though he had not done anything to threaten the officer or harm anyone. But as he approached quickly, the officer thought he “might.” Remember, this man had just fallen out of a second story window. The description of “quickly” deserves a bit of scrutiny here. The officer said he “believed” he might be assaulted, so he used “an impact weapon” to beat Morad. Only after being assaulted by the officer who initiated force upon this injured man, did Morah allegedly make “confrontational remarks” to the police officer, which the officer assures us included the key “get-out-of-trouble-if-you’re-a-cop” phrase: I’m going to kill you.” That’s when the officer said he had “no choice” but to open fire on the severely injured Morad, who “again advanced toward the officer, telling the officer he was going to attack him.” At no time did Morad ever attack this police officer. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help Morad’s family pay for the funeral services and expenses due to the officer having gunned this unarmed man down. The fundraiser page describes Morad as a “brilliant, compassionate, and idealistic young man” who “was just stepping into his adulthood, and yet he had already touched countless lives with his kind and loving heart.” ******

YELLA for.... he ran at the officer, covered in who knows who's blood... after he had been thrown from a 2 story window for assaulting people on the second floor and a group of firemen weren't gonna risk their safety giving medical aid. lol

Oh - the cops were afraid of some blood? The guy had just fallen from a second story window - he was incoherent, and instead of helping the guy, the cops shoot and kill him. And he didn't "run" at the cops, he was staggering, in pain and dying. And you laugh about it. You're a pathetic little man. You keep passing your self important judgment upon people you don't know, have no control over or have nothing to do with you (like Taylor Swift)... and you might not even have three.
