Now all it needs is the governors signature and Maine will have Constitutional Carry, no license required to carry a concealed weapon. Praise God. We will need, I think, a state issued license to carry in other states, but no longer in Maine. Now crime will go thru the floor. I want to take a minute to publicly thank Senator Eric Blakely, as a freshman senator this kid drove this bill through both houses. Lots of folks will take credit, but it was this young man who did the work and never quit. God be with and bless him and God willing he will be our next Governor.
