So on Saturday afternoon, amid a crowd of paparazzi and superfans, that’s just what Taylor Swift did. En route to Detroit for the fifth stop on her 1989 World Tour, the singer took to the streets in a seriously racy ensemble that consisted of a striped crop top, hot pants, sky high heels, cat eye sunglasses, and a yellow handbag slung ever-so-daintily over her left wrist. We all know that Swift has a penchant for crop tops and short skirts or bottoms, but the heels are the real talking point here. How high can you go? The peep-toe platforms give the 5'10? stunner at least five extra inches of height. Swift must know that this combo of short shorts and super high heels make her already long, toned limbs seem impossibly longer. What’s even more fun is the reaction of the crowd in the background. Are they surprised that their rouse of standing outside of a celebrity’s house and actually seeing her has actually worked? Or is it Swift’s killer look that has their mouths agape? Posters comment, Can you imagine her father trying to brag about her? What would he say, "my daughter is a bigger slut than your daughter"? Huh? Taylor Swift is pretty strait-laced, especially when compared to other celebrities. Her target audience is 10-18 year old girls. Maybe you're thinking of Miley Cyrus.
She has a pretty squeaky-clean reputation. To the point that other female singers came to her defense when Kanya (or whatever the hell made up name he is known by) West went up on stage at a award show and took her award away from her. Once chick singer (named Pink,I think) even grabbed a mike and offered to kick his ass if he bothered her again,and said attacking her was like kicking kittens. When a punk rocker chick defends the reputation of a chick that sings country and teen girl songs,you can probably assume the one being defended is pretty much on the straight and narrow. Maybe you're thinking of Miley Cyrus. Even I think she is a freak show.
