Highway patrol troopers in Oklahoma fatally shot a man whom they had been trying to get out of high water, authorities said. The two troopers responded to a stranded motorist call south of Tulsa late Friday and found two men with two vehicles, said Capt. Paul Timmons of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. The troopers told the men to come toward them to safer ground out of the high water, Timmons said. But at some point, an altercation broke out. The troopers fired, killing one of the men, 35-year-old Nehemiah Fischer, according to Timmons. They arrested the other man, Fischer's older brother, Brandon, who was uninjured.

Honestly this crap makes me laugh now. One could write anything about American police and it would sound believable. Family of three shot dead after police officers mistake raccoon for Bill Cosby
I would bet good money that if you knew the whole story you would actually applaud the police officer who shot.
Yeah, I'm sure. American police are the most violent, trigger-happy killers of any First World nation's police force.
Ah ha! You are doing your Apples vs Oranges comparison again. To get a true picture, now compare those numbers you presented
1. "I" am not doing any comparison there, I did not make the graphic. 2. It's not "apples and oranges" to compare police killing statistics between developed countries.
Proving: There are a lot less thugs in Germany than there are in America.
What a stupid conclusion. American police have a well-earned notorious reputation for being quick on the trigger, and you're not doing them any favors with your apologetics.
