The Serbs were getting rid of their Muslim problem and had grown sick and tired of Muslims torching Christian Churches. Hillary forced Billy Goat to force NATO to bomb Yugoslavia. This resulted in one Chinese embassy destroyed, one bridge, several children and a host of other civilians. Rule of law? He worked? He was a military prosecutor that handled court-martials,and from what I have read he stayed on the secure base his whole tour and never once put himself at danger or even had any dealings with the locals. JAG officers with the rank of Captain are the privates of that military branch. They either work as prosecutors,defense attorneys,or carry the briefcases of the senior officers. He was a protected Prince serving in uniform to further his political career. Much is made about him "winning" a Bronze Star,but the truth is he was AWAREDED a Bronze Star for meritorious conduct. It had nothing to do with bravery or combat.
