Are you sure you should post this. The American Taliban that likes to break the crosses off of war memorials might demand the destruction of this memorial. The way their Afghan counterparts did with the Buddhas of Bamiyan. The recent scenes of ISIS in destroying cultural artifacts is mirrored by the American Taliban waging war against American cultural symbols like the cross on Mount Soledad. This cultural artifact may be safer if the America Taliban is unaware of its existence.
