The U.S. Constitution does not extend rights to the states (or individuals). The U.S. Constitution lists the powers the states have ceded to the federal government -- all other powers are retained by the states.
States have always had the power to define marriage. That power was not ceded to the federal government.

C) The 10th amendment says nothing about rights.

Marijuana is against federal law -- a law ruled constitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court.
And if you truly believe in the U.S. Constitution, then you'd be against those "medical marijuana" states for violating Article VI, Clause 2 of the document you hold so dear.
I'm a big believer in the 10th amendment. But the 14th amendment -- which has been used by the courts to apply federal laws to the states -- has done far more damage to the intent of the 10th amendment than any commerce clause interpretation.
