Man, have you noticed the cost of food these days? I purchased 4 USDA Grade CHOICE steaks yesterday and it cost over 42 bucks. Yea meat has gotten expensive in the last 9 mos or so, think I will go in this fall on a whole cow with a friend of mine. Means I need to get another freezer. Don't forget to ensure proper freezer conditions of near 0 degrees F. Ensure proper freezer containers made of polypropylene or other FG materials to avoid freezer burn.
