Which begs the question...Mostly Black city government, police chief, DA...what is the actual demographics of the all the police officers involved and charged? I mean how many white officers in a Black police chief's force go into Black neighborhoods without Black and Latino officers present? ZERO. There has to be a heavy minority representation in the force of 6 or 7 charged.
