To: Liberator (#35) Here is my summary, based on what was released today and my inside info: The officers will swing (and rightfully so) for making a bad arrest (no switchblade) The officers will swing for not restraining him to the seat of the transport vehicle as per policy. The officers will swing for not getting him medical attention quicker.. both criminally and civilly. However, IMHO, it will be found that his injuries were self inflicted and because of that, the overzealous, more serious charges of Murder and Manslaughter will be tossed out at Grand Jury or found not guilty at trial. The new States Attorney, was a bit overzealous due to the newness of her position, she's black, her husbands town council position... and that she just hates whitie. Her overzealous charges will result in the greatest amount of rioting in our history when the big charges get beat.... is my prediction. I live an hour from that chaos... they better not bring their animal behavior to my yard... or lots of animals will die.
