A sales associate also admitted that BB guns and knives were also pulled from shelves and locked up in the wake of the riots. This proves the Second Amendment will be the first casualty during a civil disturbance.

Infowars reporters have confirmed that a Baltimore-area Walmart has ceased the sale of ammunition due to riots and protests throughout the city.

Not surprising because it is Baltimore.
CVS are getting burned, and their customers getting killed or maimed, not Wal-Mart's. Selling ammo might screw up that trend.
You are right, it would have been sooooo much better to leave the weapons and ammo out so that potential looters could get their hands on them. Yeah......that's the ticket. Geez, you are dumb.
Somebody is dumb,and you can spot him looking into a mirror. Denying law-abiding citizens the ability to buy ammunition and even firearms so they can protect their property,themselves,and their families from the roving bands of looters is NOT the way to stop looting.

As I erad this story they locked down the gunds and ammo AFTER the riot started. You are dumb if you think that this was an extremely wise thing to do. The only people that were going to get those guns were rioters when then broke into the store. But perhaps you do think that this would be preferable.
Just go to Walmart's website and you will see many rirles for sale, quite a few IN STORES ONLY. I guess Walmart's corporate management didn't get the memo that it is no longer selling guns and ammo.
