She was caught on film beating her young, innocent son in publick. She is going to get "it" from social services.

This was not about free speech. Toya Graham was exercising her Constitutional right to direct the education and upbringing of her son as cited by the Supreme Court in a long train of cases that confirmed this fundamental right. No matter what your take of her action is, she got her son away from the danger. She is to be commended for doing that and should be named: “Mom of the Year.”
