He’s back. After a two-season exile, the man who took the Broncos to the divisional round in 2011 before being summarily dumped for Peyton Manning will have a new job in the NFL. Per Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, Tim Tebow will sign with the Eagles on Monday. (Yes, Glazer has the scoop, even though Tebow works for ESPN.) Traded to the Jets in March 2012, Tebow had a single, disastrous season in New York. Cut by the Jets, the Patriots gave him a look in the 2013 offseason, training camp, and preseason. Tebow didn’t make the 53-man roster, and he hasn’t been heard from again. The Eagles gave Tebow a workout on March 16, and they reportedly would be inclined to sign him only if Matt Barkley were traded. Barkley hasn’t been traded, and the connection never made sense; with 90 roster spots in the offseason and plenty of quarterbacks needed to distribute the ball during practice sessions. Tebow arrives with the opening of the offseason program in Philadelphia, rejoining Mark Sanchez and a depth chart that also includes Sam Bradford, Barkley, and G.J. Kinne. With Bradford still rehabbing a torn ACL suffered last August, Tebow becomes as a practical matter the fourth quarterback who is able to participate in practice session that will begin after a two-week lifting/conditioning period.

Eagles signing Tebow on Monday Young Mr. Tebow is really not an NFL quarterback. IMHO by this time next year, he will be coaching under Urban Meyer at The Ohio State University.
Funny then how the Denver Broncos not only won their division with "no NFL QB" at the helm, but beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in a playoff game. WITH "No NFL Quarterback." In fact, "No NFL Quarterback" threw 3 TD passes in that game. (check that -- 2 TD passes.)
Yeah....I notice Mr. Tebow no longer works for the Broncos. I like Tim Tebow. He's a great athlete and from what I've heard a really good guy. I saw a clip of him hitting a golf ball 340+ yards. He's awesome. He's also not an NFL QB. He'll be a great coach, I look forward to his arrival in Columbus.

Tebow could also be a pro-golfer if he wanted to. That said, his passion remains QBing an NFL team. He's also not an NFL QB. You're not understanding this fallacy; He already IS. But he's been blackballed. How many young winning QBs in the history of the NFL have ever suddenly NOT found ANY team interested in them? With the number of crummy QBs out there?? Never say never as it concerns Tebow. One of the greatest things I have ever witnessed in sports was watching so-called "expert" pundits from ESPN and elsewhere glumly eat their words EVERY week as Tim Tebow pulled off SIX last minute 4th quarter victories during his last year as an NFL quarterback. Not even the great Peyton Manning has ever done that. If fact, I challenge any of you to find a QB in the last 50 years who HAS done what Tebow's had done. SIX 4th quarter comebacks in the final minutes is NO fluke. It's the will of a tremendous leader. AND QUARTERBACK.
Good point. Jerry Jones I think combs the paroll officers and State Pens for his players. Why not get a good back up for Romo who does not have felony convictions?:)
Jerry likes controversy, glitz and glamour that's why they didn't start drafting decent players until his son got more involved. Since they picked up Hardy the need for a DL isn't as great I think they will draft a corner in the 1st if a good one is available. I think they are going to try to get Bryce Petty (Baylor QB) in the draft this year, he's ranked 91 and the boys draft at 91 (3rd round). On the other hand they might go after Petty in the 2nd round (just to ensure they get him) since there a bunch of RBs available in the 3rd (which they need also). After that they will draft a PK/KR and a bunch of the best defenders available, in which order well I have no clue.

They brought him in and interviewed him after his Pro Day about a month ago. Since he hasn't been running a pro offense in college it would take him a couple of years to get up to speed, just in time for Romo's retirement.
